More than 90% of the buyers in the market today, start their property search online using a variety of websites & social media outlets.  It is my goal to have my listings on as many websites and social media outlets as possible, so I can increase the probability of a buyer finding my listing and contacting me for more information and ultimately buying the property.   I equate my strategy to catching a mouse.  If I put out one trap, I can only catch one mouse, but if I put out a dozen traps I can possibly catch a dozen mice.  Be sure and ask the REALTOR’s your interviewing where they market their listings and how many traps they have out there to catch buyers.
