I am a REALTOR and I sell property across Texas, but primarily in the Texas Hill Country. As a REALTOR I represent Sellers as a Sellers Agent and you will see those listing below in the Featured Listings section. I also represent Buyers as a Buyers Agen,t showing the buyers other agents listings, be it a ranch, home, lot, land or commercial property. I can show and sell any listing in the state of Texas, whether it is my listing or not. However when I am the listing agent for a client’s property I am tasked with marketing and selling the property for as much as the market will bear.
The Featured Listings you see below is my current inventory, which I am always trying to grow and harvest. All of these Featured Listing can be found on hundreds of websites including the San Antonio MLS and Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Oodle, Lands of Texas, Lands of America, Land Watch and RealBird. More than 90% of the buyers in the market today, start their property search online using a variety of websites & social media outlets. It is my goal to have my listings on as many websites and social media outlets as possible, so I can increase the probability of a buyer finding my listing and contacting me for more information and ultimately buying the property. I equate my strategy to catching a mouse. If I put out one trap, I can only catch one mouse, but if I put out a dozen traps I can possibly catch a dozen mice. Be sure and ask the REALTOR’s your interviewing where they market their listings and how many traps they have out there to catch buyers.
